Long story short I have this phone and it is defective.internal Memory does not clear. Phone is under 1 yr warranty. I have already contacted Metro PCS Stores where purchased, Metro Corporate Store, Metro Customer Service and Samsung. Phone has been sent for repair twice, received phone back twice unrepaired, was given new same phone however has the same memory problem, will not clear. Both Metro and Samsung acknowledge phone has memory problem, but neither will refund money for phone or exchange for equal or lesser value new phone. Metro Customer Service actually hung up on me. Both Metro and Samsung blame eachother and neither is willing to take liability or honor warranty.
