I scheduled an appointment online for a vaccination for my daughter one week ahead of time. When making the appointment, they asked me what vaccination we wanted to receive. They sent me a confirmation email for the appointment and they even a reminder appointment the day before the appointment asking me to let them know if I wasn't going to make the appointment to please let them know.
When we showed up for the appointment... Not only did they not know that we had and appointment... They didn't even have the vaccination we needed in stock. The woman behind the pharmacy counter told me they never even check to see what appointments are coming in... And told me we could come back the following week.
To top it off... I sent an online complaint to the corporate office... Thinking I was doing them a favor... They never replied. I sent them another email... Still no reply. Seems like they would send a $5.00 gift certificate for my time and inconvenience.
I guess their time is more valuable than mine. I will NEVER go to Walgreens again!
