Mr. Manny and his colleague came to clean our air ducts which they did not do properly and completed cleaning of 20 air-ducts under 15 minutes and as for the package we purchased they were supposed to show us the before and after robotic camera inspection of our air ducts which they never bothered to show in spite of us reminded them two times, in fact they just ignored our request.instead Mr. Manny deviated our attention to our furnace which he opened without our permission and started to tell us that our furnace is about to break if we do not pay immediate attention to its cooling coil, igniters and the motor. He offered to do the maintenance of the furnace for $700. He started his work on the furnace and did not let me or my wife watch what he is doing and kept us busy with other things. I do not believe that he even oiled the fan motor of my furnace and did not clean furnace igniters and instead sold me a air filter for $120 for the furnace. So overall he charged me $774.50 for the whole thing which I know he never did the whole work he promised. Mr. Manny and his company employees are thief's and their service and business licence should be cancelled.
After they went I checked my all 20 air ducts in my house and 9 of them still had the dust inside which means these ducts were never cleaned.
I want a refund for my air duct cleaning service paid to doctor duct as I know Mr. Manny and his colleague did not clean my air ducts properly and they never showed us the before and after service robotic camera inspection of our air ducts which they promised in the package I bought.
