My husband had called in on Monday July 19 to make an appointment to the hand speacialist for a fracture to be looked at and was told over the phone twice that the appointment was for this friday july 23, at 130pm. Once again same day of appointment. Once he arrived to the appointment the receptionist tell him that it is the next Friday. My husband walked in with xrays for todays appointment. I left a message to the office manager but I wanted to submit formal complaint regarding this issue as this was an important appointment to see if my husband needed surgery or not.
