Stick with Groupon! Purchased a voucher (Feb) for Curl Styler and after a month received Crimpers. Matter is still unresolved, each said goods where despatched when they were not, Hair Goddess (Ben Collins Leisure UK Ltd) then said it was lost in post and re-sent the wrong item. Calls and emails ignored for weeks by both parties, then I requested a refund both parties claimed each other were responsible, then Hair Goddess said they had no refund procedure with Living Social and would not send a courier to collect wrong item either. Abysmal customer service from both parties. Living Social have no interest after you have paid for their voucher, and I understand that it is the voucher or code you pay them for so beware. If you try to use a voucher near the end of it's expiry, and you can not get booked up for a meal/hotel etc YOU LOSE YOUR MONEY! Stay away.
