I bought a voucher from Living Social weeks ago. The code on the voucher didn't work. I contacted Living Social. They redommended to contact the vendor directly. I did this several times. No phone calls of emails were replied. I informed Living Social. They didn't do anything to help me.instead they refused to refund my money. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Until now I still have neither my money back nor the product.
