I purchased a Spa voucher Jan with a year to use it, at a well know London Hotel (The Hilton) I phoned on numerous occasions and was always told there were no availabie appointments for the treatments I purchased, and that they would call me back as soon as their next booking slots were available. Of course, I never ever received one return phone call.in Jan before my voucher expired, I contacted Living Social. They took 2 weeks to reply, and then told me appointments were available, I'd left it too late and therefore no refund was available. Did they not read my complaint??? Id been trying all year!!!
