I purchased a hotel voucher from Living Social - i tried on 3 occassions to book rooms at the hotel, willing to pay weekend supplements. Although the hotel had rooms available, on the dates i would have liked, they advised they would not allocate them to the voucher deal (standard rooms available, as per the standard room voucher i had purchased). The hotel advised me to contact Living Social for a refund, and would not provide a name for me to refer to. It has been 5 weeks since i first advised Living Social the hotel could not honour my voucher and that i shoudl be refunded. Their automated response said the matter would be actione within 7 days, i have spend the past 5 weeks prompting them to look at my complaint and responding to their questions - and today i received a bland email saying, we are not refunding you, case closed! So the hotel can't honour the voucher and Living Social (who have my money) won't listen to the complaint.
