Avoid this company. I purchased a voucher for a 1 hour power kiting lesson in Bristol UK. Sounded like good fun. However, when attempting to redeem the voucher I was told that the lesson would not be in Bristol but 2 hours away - travel cost more than I paid for the voucher! They could offer a lesson in Bristol in October - after the expiry of the voucher and were not willing to allow the voucher to be used then. Most unhelpful. But the worst of all is Living Socials so called customer service. No refunds, no voucher extensions, no attempt to resolve the matter, no responsibility. They even suggested that the deal location was printed on the voucher. It certainly was not on my copy. Disgraceful. This type of business activity is probably fraudulent - but who to complain to?
