I purchased a voucher towards some sessions of hair laser removal at AM beauty - Knightsbridge for £139. When i get to the salon, the receptionist was barely available and forgot i was in line. 1 hour later I am put through only to find out the Hair laser technician is upset because of the delay and starts arguing with me! The customer! Unbelievable!
After that terrible customer service experience i decide to cancel the deal and they ask me to get a refund from Living Social.
Living social says they only make refunds if the merchant has gone out of business! They do not take any responsibility at all on the deals promoted by them!
Both am beauty and living social are misleading and careless when treating customers.
