GC Pro Coverage is costing me gigs due to OUTLANDISH turnaround time. - Guitar Center Pro Coverage

First of all, this review is not about GC employees at my local Florence, Ky store, they are awesome, especially Ron in Pro Audio. He consistently bends over backwards to help me and has given me TONS of free GREAT advice. My issue is with Pro Coverage. I purchased two Mackie Thump TH15a powered speakers to dj weddings with.in barely a year (and keeping a CLOSE eye on the overload lights) one speaker failed, then the other. When I purchased the Pro Coverage plan, I was promised a 7 to 10 day turnaround. It was a no brainer, the fact that power surges were covered sealed the deal for me. One of my associates lost his PA that way.
My speakers failed on their own due to a defect in manufacturing. I filed my first claim in April. It is now June. When I called for a status report, I was informed that it would take longer than 7 to 10 days, if parts were needed. I repair electronics myself. Parts are ALWAYS needed. I state part shipping time (and allow extra time for mishaps) in my initial estimate, before my customer pulls out ANY money. That's just honesty. I'm not implying that the GC staff were dishonest, they were probably just pitching what they were told.
So here I am, $600 (ironically an amount that would almost buy another pair of Mackies) in missed gigs later, evicted from my house, no speakers, no estimated time of completion. Nobody I get on the phone is willing to do anything for me.
Oddly enough, one of my speaker repairs was outsourced to a local repair shop, and the other I had to ship (they paid). The lady at the local shop suggested I rent a PA.
With what money?
This fiasco has hurt my reputation in a reputation based business, cost me money in cancelled gigs and lost me my home. I SHOULD be issued another pair of speakers, no questions asked. As soon as I can afford it, I SHOULD file a lawsuit.
