I purchased the replacement Pro Coverage on an acoustic guitar and was told that the guitar would be replaced even if it was accidentally broken. After reviewing the coverage brochure it was clear that this was not the case. I also spoke with the customer service rep at the Pro Coverage office and she confirmed that his indeed was he case. I believe that this is a deceptive practice of representing the pro coverage warranty. I will be returning the warranty for a full refund. The guitar center store is in Tallahassee Florida. Thanks
