I have been on the phone almost 3 hrs trying to find someone that knows what is going on&We purchased GE Cafe stainless steel appliances (2 wall ovens, refrigerator, microwave (over the stove) and dish washer. They were suppose to be delivered and installed on May 29th&that morning I received a telephone call that the 2 wall ovens were not in so they wanted to reschedule for the next week but we had our grandkids in and didn't want to deal with it&so we rescheduled for today June 8th&I got a call this am that the micro wave was not in and that they would not deliver until 5-7PM The installer called and said that he would not do it that late into the evening—so we had to reschedule that they kept insisting that they would deliver the microwave tomorrow but as I told "3" different people we were not going to be home. We have rearranged our schedule several times now and now we will have these appliances sitting around and hopefully they can get installed Monday&they would call—wasn't for sure&so I can't keep arranging and changing my schedule—we have painters coming in Monday that we have had scheduled for 3 weeks!!! My biggest complaint is that we were told it would all be done in one day — I called the complaint dept at Sears and as she was very nice and polite—she couldn't even get answers and she was getting frustrated (Tara) so she gave me another number to call and guess what—I dialed it and it rings and goes dead! Nice huh—I am so frustrated that I am just about ready to cancel the whole friggin deal—this has turned into the project from Hell&What happen to customer focus? Please any help you can give me would be appreciated and I would love to talk to someone that can give me an answer instead of passing the buck! Lynda Solimine
