I bought appliances from sears and was supposed to be delivered to my house. A day before my deliver they called me and ask if they could reschedule I agreed and they gave me a time frame. The day of the deliver they called me to see if they could deliver before the schedule time, I say no because there was nobody at home. I told them to deliver on the time we agreed on. Time came and passed nobody called me or anything. I finally called to see why the deliver is not here and nobody called me to say anything. Sears representative told me there is nothing thay could do. I'll just have to wait for the deliver and it was already after 7pm. They didn't even apologize they kept sayin it was my fault for not accepting the early delivery. I wasted half of my day waiting for them. I asked for my refund! I will never go to sears never! Will make sure everybody I know doesnt go to sears to get appliances
