Last week I went to monro in Portland maine I just bought a 1993 Labaron 90,000 miles mint condition needed trans flush and oil change tire rotated and rebalance. During the service the tech pointed out that had 1993 spark plug wires on it and need a new distributor cap I said I can take care of itmy self so he put the cap back on. That night I went to NAPA to get the parts two days late I went to do the work come to find out the tech had broken the bolt off in the distributor so I called the store the mgr told me they did not break the bolt and would not fix it so I drilled it out and trid to use my ez out to get out the broking bolt out I called customer service still has not call me back. I went to the store 20 miles from home the mgr help me get the bolt out still not claiming responsablitly for it or saying sorry for any inconvinces I have three car I take there for service when i go to BJ's Its always been ok before with service like I guess they don't want my money any more.
