I had a claim denied on my built in oven. The built in double oven door would not unlock after self cleaning. Called CHW and they sent a repairman, who had to manually unlock the oven door. He wrote on the repair ticket "need to replace control board." That's all he wrote. CHW said the problem was with the door hinges. No mention of door hinges on report. Because oven is older, they most likely could not find the part and don't want to pay for replacement. Some one needs to file a CLASS ACTION suit against this company to rectify the dishonesty of this company to all who have been wronged. I would if I had the money. CHW said they were not members of the BBB. I can see why!!!
