I purchased an upgrade from Traffic Swarm, by clicking a little button on the left hand side. For 20.00 a month for 12 months. There was no other discription of or invoice of what you purchased. Then I was absolutely shocked that what I thought was a 20.00 purchase was actually a 240.00 purchase (all at once). I have contacted Traffic Swarm via submitting critical ticket, With No Response. There is no phone number listed to call. And there was additional 212.75 charge to my card from a company that sells software, that I have absolutely never heard of!!! So Stay away from Traffic Swarm. They will take your money!
