Said i had a traffic ticket and they wanted me to pay

I have never had a traffic ticket and I was called and said I had a traffic ticket on December 3 and I was supposed to pay $250.00 for it.
This Occured on March 25

On March 26 I got another call and said I had a traffic ticket and I was supposed to pay $350.00
