I ordered the Oral B for set for full price of $112.99 in December and cancelled the order have not received a refund. I made a mistake and paid while trying to redeem a voucher from swarm jam. Swarm Jam was good enough to refund me the cost of the voucher, but I still have not received the refund for the original purchase.

I received a confirmation of cancellation. Now when I try to contact them, I get a recorded message when I call asking to email them and emails are not responded to.
It's over 3 months and my credit card company says it's too late to file a dispute through them. I'm really disgusted.

I wonder if we can all join and file a suit these kind of cheats and scammers should not be allowed to continue to fleece customers. These thieves should be sent to jail, I see on other forums how so many other people have been cheated.
