12/1/11-Ordered 2 double sink vanities with sinks ans granite counter tops-gave 50 % down-when just vanities delivered, but not installed gave additional $700 even though not required on this contract, but was pressured by contractor (i was worried cause i had a larger job pending wit him and didnt want to rock the boat because he was a mody guy and could get nasty) to this date i have never recieved the sinks or granite counter tops
12/3/11-Ordered kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops gave 50% down finally 0n 3/21 cabinets were delivered 3:00 in the afternoon and the men who delivered said it was too late to install-Spoke to Tom Seeber the owner because it looked as if not all cabinets there and it doesnt look right he isisted everything was correct and expected me to give the men who delivered a check, again i didnt want to rock the boat and he admitted 2 cabinets were still being made as the whole kitchen and bath cabinet were being made in his workshop -He informed me that the works would be back in a few days and when they were on the way he said did i have the layout so that workers could install because he forot to give them to workers-I did so i gave them the last one after a few corrections that was emailed to me-When they arrived again around 3:00 in the afternoon i gave them the layout-They placed themin kitchen trying to get a grip on the layout and clearly these cabinets were not for this kitchen and they couldnt install-Workers put in several calls to Tom Seeber and he didnt pick up on any of the phone numbers they had so they had to leave-Finally after a few calls mr Seeber called me back and still insisted these cabinets were made off of the plans that his designer Jennifer DeMeo had given him-Finally got hiim and his wife Jenine Seeber to remeasure and i am not unreasonable and saidlets try and work with as many cabinets as we can and add some others to finish this kitchen
After many appointments that he never showed up for and many calls with excuses he now never calls me back -I am not the only one hehas done this to
