Automatica Payment Declined

I pay a monthly fee automatically thru my bank debit card. I recently received a new debit card with a new expiration date and security code. I was never called or received any text telling me that this payment was declined, a simple solution would have been for customer service to find out why the payment was denied y calling or texting me so now I am without any cellular service. I have also been having making calls to phone numbers I used to have no problem calling due to lack of signal strength and have had more dropped calls which is very annoying.
