1 year ago come May 6 I ordered kitchen cabinets and counter top They are still not complete Its one screw up after another. The Home depot area installation mananger will not return my e-mails or phone calls, It would have been faster to build the cabinets my self. I asked them to remove what they had done and give me a refund They won't do that.
1&cabinets late
2&cabinets installed wrong and damaged
3&counter top late
4&counter top installed but flawed
5&new counter top installed Damaged
6&can not het a hold of installer to remeasure counter top
7—No work being done on cabinet issues
8—area installation manager will not return calls or emails
9—store manager takes phone number and then don't hear from him
Heres the clincher they would not proceed with order at start unless I payed 100%up front so I payed now I'm stuck
