Buyer beware! Cheap cabinets and horrible customer service.

Save your money and the headaches and shop elsewhere. Product and service is substandard. My Mom is 74 years old. We ordered and paid a deposit for bathroom vanities, kitchen cabinets and granite countertops. First it was we cannot get the pre-fab granite you wanted for the bathrooms. We had to pay extra for the granite color we wanted.

Then the vanities were not available in the color we wanted so we chose something else. They had to be specially made out of kitchen cabinets. Then the granite install was scheduled for a Tuesday and we get an email on the Friday before the granite install for the kitchen telling us the color is a good bit lighter than what we chose.

I called the owner and asked to come see the granite and she said she did not have it. Then we asked if we could go see the color at the distributer and were told it is a confidential secret where they get their granite. Who spends thousands of dollars on granite sight unseen?

We had to spend hours getting a refund check and going to get the kitchen granite elsewhere. Now it is Saturday and the bathroom granite is scheduled for Tuesday. We get a call this morning to tell us that the granite for the bathrooms is suddenly not available and we will refund your money. I called and was treated horribly, told my contractor of 30 years is a liar and does not know what he is doing.

The owner stated if we had used their contractor (the other owner) to install, we would have had no problems with the cabinet install. They did not order enough filler pieces and they wanted another 700.00 to order these. Our own contractor installed the cabinets and they are cheap and poorly put together. The cams were falling out as they were being carried into the house. The sink base cabinet front fell off as it was being picked up and put in place. Two turns of a screwdriver and the cams were snapping.

After the contactor and I called to tell them of my disappointment, they became very belligerent on the phone. They would not accept any responsibility for a cheap product. We were supposed to have roll outs installed in the drawers which the owner was going to do. This was the email from the owners daughter that occurred after we decided to cancel that order, ask for a reimbursement and buy them elsewhere:

Hi xxxx, Normally we do not return roll outs as those are custom made for us, due to your "circumstances, " we will be glad to return them with our normal 20% restock fee. I would be happy to mail you a check for that as well. We do not need the scribe back, you can keep it. Have a wonderful day. Hope all is well.

Their invoice states All sales are final and then it states There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned cabinets. Which is it? The roll outs are not cabinets. I was so mad at this point that I posted a review on YELP! This was the next response from the owner:

Hi xxxx, Due to the raving review by your daughter, unfortunately we need to honor our contract as all sales are final, so you, not your daughter, will need to pickup your rollouts from our store. We are here Tuesday thru Saturday 10am-4pm

My mother is 74 years old and does not drive. Now what? My mother sent this to the owner:

I do not drive. My contractor has offered to pick up the roll-outs for me. With my authorization, will you permit him to do so? Thank you. Then this from the owner:

That will be fine, I just need to know when he will be coming so other owner can be here. Please let me know

Then this from the owner 2 days later:

We will not be allowing your contractor in our store to pickup your rollouts after hearing that he is slandering our business. Please let us know when you will be by to pick these up. I'm sorry about all of this, had you used one of our installers you would have not had any problems.

The cabinets are in and there are a few problems. The finish on the cabinets is one coat of stain and you can see where it is going to rub off. One of the drawers the owner put together before delivery is cracked and coming apart where the dove joint is. I would call this company low quality cabinets and skip the hype.

Shop elsewhere. They are rude and without integrity.
