Poorly made cigarettes

I recently bought some benson and hedges duty free cigarettes and upon smoking them some of the cigarettes when out half way down and some had big chunks of leaf in them. This is not what i expect from a quality cigarette as benson and hedges is. I have kept the packet if you would like ma to send it too you for inspection. Regards paul vincent
