Doug Hughes and TRX Alliance still owes my company over $40,000 for unpaid Service Bureau Fees from the 10 tax season. He has continued to lie about when payment will be made. Additionally, his employees continue to cover for him knowing full well that they are working for a company that has stolen tens of thousands of dollars from clients to continue operating his own businesses and paying their salaries. It is very important that anyone that might even consider doing business with Doug Hughes and this company understand that I am just one client that is owed over $40,000. Do an internet search to see others than have lost thousands as well.
