Contacted sears home services repair in hialeah due to excessive vibration from washer and agreed to pay $136 figuringthey would provide the best service for a kenmore product, even if they charge more than other companies. Was advised that we needed a water pump for an additional $115 which wepaid for and they installed. The vibration continued so a second service person came out and installed some foam rubber which resolved the problem, but he indicated that if the pump needed replacement the tub would not have filled; we never had that problem. I contacted Sears and intially was advised that they want their customers to be happy and that the pump cost would be refunded. That never happened and when I called them again was advised that they would need to come out and take the part back; problem with that is that they through out the original one. I wish I had read the reviews on Sears site or those on YELP and would never have requested Sears service in the first place.
