The Sears technician came and incorrectly identified what was wrong with the washer. I was told it was the water fill valve. I declined the service to get it fixed and bought and installed it myself. That was not what was wrong with it... It still did the same thing. Talked to the repair service and I would be charged again for them to come out to correctly identify the issue. To me if you didn't identify it right the first time, then you shouldn't be charging again!
