I bought sears kennmore central air had it installed by sears in 9/09 since then 3 times it had repair done this is I dont understand new product has so much problem still they cannot fix it water leaking from the attic intake unit not draining 8/8 i had sears repair person come home look at the unit and blamed intaller and left cancelled the job several phone calls following and no call from sears about the problem.
