Unauthorized charged appeared on my credit card statement; called credit card company and they told me to call vendor first and then if not authorized, to call them back and speak with their fraud department. Called phone number listed on credit card statement and spoke with CSR; she said it's a part for a Volkswagen; we don't have a Volkswagen. She put me on hold and called shipping department and cancelled shipment. Gave me a cancellation number and said it would be 2-3 days for electronic credit to appear on my account. Believe the CSR said her name was Daphne.
