I started with NHCD on June 19.2004.in my first 3 days I had made over 1500 calls and got 28 leads. I was now ready to add recruiting but was told by my leads manager Lateef Brown that she wanted me to get a least 20 leads for the next two weeks and not wanting to question her I stayed.
I made 4000 calls and provided 85 leads with over 20 sales for the discount card. Winning two weeks in a row for the contest for an extra 5 to 10 dollars Woo-hoo.
Told I was doing a great job. My first check was $157.00. Not bad for 6 to 7 hours
Second paycheck $78.00 for 27 leads that week but now I was charged back for leads that sales had mislabeled. Was told by Lateef Brown that the company left it at he said she said so I lose. Even after she proved that they were never called as stated. I also gave out 800# over 100 times and to this date she stated no one has sold on these leads. Went to recruiting and did very well for Tammy Fosse with 10 hires. This is were it ended. Promoted to sales and told to wait for e-mail As I see it I made the company $2000.00 plus in discount cards not counting the 800# I will never know about. Ten recruites that will make them money. For a total of less then 350.00 over a four week period and too many hours to count. This company is a joke. The only people making money is at the top of this pyramid. You will make more money asking if you want ketchup with your fries. I want to apologize to the people I enrolled in this company and I am greatful to the ones I caught in time that they were able to stop and to the seniors that were missed lead
I didn't know but I know that tonite I made a wrong a right and I will no longer be making anyone a victim of this company. I only wish these manager what comes around goes around. Time will tell. Thank God I don't have to hear Woo-hoo again. Looking for a good job let me know.
