I joined ASI (Affordable Services, Inc.) on Decembet 5th.
I called people using a provided dialer to see if they were interested in a health savings plan. If they were, I would ask them a few more questions and qualify them as a lead.
My asssigned manager was Lateef Brown. Lateef Brown told me that pay was according to the time spent on the dialer. I worked extremely hard, obtaining leads, and working 8 hour days (6 days a week).
I gathered a lot of leads, most of them were good. The first check, I received was for around $60, the second check was for $25. It seemed a little strange because I was working so hard and expected more, some of the people that were called were very nasty and shouted obscenities.
Lateef Brown, for some unknow reason, said that I could not work the dialer while she "qualified" some of the leads that were generated. I should have received paycheck (s) for the last two weeks in January and did not.
I tried to reach Lateef Brown by email about not receiving the last two paychecks in January - she said she would look into it and I have never heard from her again although I have emailed her several times. I have also tried to reach the company by phone, however neither will respond. Something smells funny here.
