I started last November with NHCD, AKA National Health Care Dicount doing lead generation. First I was surprised I had to put a 50.00 dollar deposit down on the extension number to call long distance.
I then discovered I had to use their leads and cold calling was not permitted. Their leads simply overall were not qualifiable. Most people already had insurance or there was not cost, being they were young and there was no need for a prescription discount card. But any way I produced nearly a hundred leads, of which I was supposed to be paid 3.00 per lead.
The day after Christmas after having spent some three weeks of effort I was called by my manager Wendy Mitchell and told that I was being terminated because my leads had fallen below a certain quota.in fact quite a few people were. Two days later I was called back by this socalled manager stating that a mistake had been made in the data base and thay wanted to rehire. Needless to say I have no intention of putting anymore time into this company.
Six weeks later still no refund on my deposit and I still have not been paid for the leads I generated. They sale this company as a fifteen year old reputable business but I would most certainly beware of any work at home opportunity they offer.
