I purchased an HTC Incredible S through ChatandVision on Friday 23/03 with an estimated processing and delivery time between 3-10days. They've deducted my account (through PayPal) but I have been trying to contact them through their number, web page form and email with no response! I'd really just like my money back so that I can purchase a new phone elsewhere.
