Purchased a deal to a hotel in LR planning to visit in February. Called hotel several times and rooms not available... Hotel employee sounded disgusted when I called. Have tried unsucessfully to reach Living Social and unable to either by email or phone. Did receive a case number and email stating I would be reached within 48 hours (that was 7 days ago). When calling, waited for 20 minutes and still put on hold.
Many black-out dates on room... Not stated in description of hotel (unfair). I feel it would be fair to refund my money or give me deal bucks credit to my account. The deal had only 12 weeks to book a room and with several black out dates, I feel the deal must have sold more than the hotel could accommodate in that time.
