I purchased an HTC Incredible S from ChatandVision a couple of weeks ago and have been trying to reach them via phone and email with no response. I am so unhappy with their service and the product and insist on a full refund. First of all, they have sent me a phone that is meant for French distribution only, not Australian. Secondly, there is a lot of dust under the phone screen near the charger/mini USB port. I contacted HTC in regards to this and was advised that the phone will have to be repaired at my expense (even though I've only had it for two weeks) since the product is not for the Australian market. I've been trying to reach ChatandVision to return the product and get a full refund before the 30-day after-receipt of goods period ends. So fed up!
