On April 30 my son ordered an iTech Easy Chat 308 (qty 1) from ChatAndVision online for 2590 rubles (about $92). Delivery was promised within 5-6 business days. Delivery never occurred. He has written ChatAndVision about this request and established case #xxxxxxx122585X.
When the issue continued to be unresolved, I contacted ChatAndVision myself and established case #xxxxxxx153807X on May 30. When the product was determined as not delivered, they agreed to refund his money. Since May 30, I have made several e-mail attempts to contact them and get this issue resolved. They reply with numerous excuses, but the refund has not occurred as of June 27.
Customer Service is largely non-existant. There are numerous recent complaints about this company's fraudulent business practices. A class action lawsuit needs to be filed against this company. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) needs to shut down this business.
