Smooth talking salesman at Henry Day Ford talked us into buying warranty for our 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe saying we would get a full refund if not used during the four year term. Well, we sent a letter to the company promptly on March 1 with no response—I called them on the 15th and they said to call our dealership. I have been calling them since the 15th with no response. Finally today (3/26) my husband talked to the dealership and they said the company went out of business a year ago and they can't help us we are just out the money. Both companies are at fault for not notifying us so we could have possibly gotten a partial refund. I will gladly join a SIGNET class action lawsuit if one develops.
