I bought a new car on June, 11 2011 and the dealership (G&G Car and Truck) signed me up with an extended warranty through Signet with the understanding that if I did not use the service I would receive the full amount back at 60,000 miles. When I sent in the refund request (certified mail) it was returned "box closed". The dealership did not want to hear of it. They said it was a contract between Signet and myself. I guess, lessen learned (the hard way).
