In 2008 I bought a 2004 Ford Explorer form the Ford dealership and purchased the extended warrenty. I never used it and part of the reason I added it on to the purchase was because if it was never used then the full amount would be refunded. It expired 4-23, and so i called the # and it got me no where. Called Ford to ask where can I contact Signet and they said the company folded and their is nothing they can do because the contract was between Signet and the buyer (me).
