On March 25 I purchased an extended warranty on a 2009 Honda Accord from Portfolio with the understanding that if I never used the warranty, that Signet Financial Group of Vacaville, CA would refund the full purchase price of $1995.00. I have now been told by the service manager at the dealership where I purchased the car, that Signet went out of business in 2010. As advised by the dealership, I contacted the State of California Dept. Of Insurance and the California Attorney General's office and all they could do is take down the complaint and put it on file. Does anyone know if a class action has been started or if there is anything else I can do to get my money back?
