On April 13 we purchased a Service Contract with Refund Agreement from Terry Town Travel Center, Inc.in Grand Rapids, MI when we bought our new Jayco Seneca motor home. After 7 years of no claims we were supposed to have a refund of the $2,545.00 purchase price. On April 13, we were unable to reach anyone at Signet. We called the dealership for explanation and we were told that Signet had closed their doors some two years prior. We fault both Signet for not honoring our refund AND Terry Town Travel Center for not notifying us at the time they first learned of the issue with Signet. Both companies should be held liable for wrongdoing. We want the return of our $2,545.00.
