I purchased a truck from Clear Lake Dodge in Webster, TX. 2-9. They offered an extended warranty thru Signet Financial. The agreement was if no accident occured under term of contract I would receive the full refund of $2400. I paid off the loan without incident and was then told this Signet Financial Ins company had gone out of business, a man left with all the money. If the insurance company went under then the car dealership should have to pay in full as they were acting as a subsiderary in conjunction with this company.
