I ordered 3 magic wine bottle holders and amazingly received 2 out of 3, late and to the wrong address as well. But I have still not been able to get anything other than an automated reply regarding the 3rd one, even though I filled in the "claim form" as requested in one of the later emails. Totally unacceptable and illegal.
