AVOID GRAPE GIFTS - DO NOT BUY from this company. I have emailed and phoned to no avail. Groupon not being overly helpful with this matter either.
DO NOT BUY. X3 30minute telephone calls with no answer, and various unanswered emails. GROUPON SHAME ON YOU for not doing anything more about this. Apart from 'form filling' for'lost' items, you have done absolutely nothing and yet I bought via YOU in good faith... Do not buy from grape gifts ever.
