Still waiting for my Magic Wine Bottle Holder I ordered at the start of December. Groupon keep directing me to fill in various forms on the company's website and I still have nothing. The company do not answer their telephones, do not respond to email, I really dont know what to do!
Feel Groupon should be held partly responsible for advertising a blatently inept company. Am emailing Groupon until they give me back my money.
