Like the rest I had ordered a wine chain holder in December and still no item. Followed the usual routes to contact the company, but still nothing.
I feel like I've been duped. I trusted in Groupon and to be honest they are just not taking any responsibility.
I will never use any of these companies again. I have used Groupon many times in the past, but as soon as you have one complaint they don't want to know.
Sign of a very badly run and inexperienced company.
