I ordered a trial sample for shipping only. Gave my credit card number to pay for shipping costs only. I was shipped what I thought to be my free trial and found out when I received my credit card for a charge on 89.99. When I saw that I was angry but so busy i did not follow up thinking I was fooled once so accepted. However, when I received another package, I did not open and called the number on my credit card to a call center. I told them I didn't order this and I was shipping it back. She stated that I could not ship back since I agreed to a monthly shipment. I said outrageous... What did the company think, I was spreading it on my entire body and demanded a supervisor. She told me there was no one and I had to accept the two shipments but would stop them with the call. I was unaware of this scam. And demand that both accept a return with refund for both. Basically said you can do it but I would not receive a refund. I will report this to the BBB as well
