For one, I didnt realize that a monthly subscription was recurring - ok, my bad. However, when I realized that it was, after I see a charge on my card, without a monthly statement etc from WIllow, I was like, ok, thats fine. Lets just cancel this since I dont want to use it anymore.
However, inspite of 4 emails I have sent to them in the past 7 days, requesting cancellation, the only 2 responses I got are"Are you sure you want to cancel? We have the exciting Asia cup coming up": (Am at wits end. Anyone have any suggestions on how to contact this sham of a company? Why cant they just cancel when a customer explicitly says "please cancel"?
