Warning to anyone thinking about ordering "don't"
I ordered the trial period product back in Feb and just received it last week (March 19th). Then my credit card put a freeze on my account because of a strange charge from the same company. I only agreed to pay shipping of 3.95 for the trial bottle not to accept more shipments.
I called them about the charge of $ 83.18 plus $ 3.95 shipping for a total of 87.13. They said I never called them to cancel so they keep charging me. I also told them I have not received anything except the trial bottle. He told me if I sent back the merchandise I would get a credit he was not listening since I already told him I have only gotten one bottle.
He said it was shipped on March 23rd so today is??? March 24th... I told him I would not accept it and it would be returned because I did not order it. I am going to contact my credit card and put in a dispute for the charges. Also the trial bottle I did receive did not include any packing slip or anything. I am afraid to even try the stuff based on the company deceptive practices.
I hope some state will stop this company and the people who are falsing advertising for them.
