I went online to inquire about the trial offer advertised on TV by Pura Silk. I filled out the information for my credit card but stopped inputting information when I grew suspect and left the form deplete of address information etc. And closed my browser. Amazingly enough the sample showed up a week later. Upon opening I read the enclosed letter and realized I had 3-4 days to try the product. I immediately closed called for the RMA number and returned the sample well within the trial period. More important, I called, canceled, followed the instructions and received the RMA number well within the trial period. The customer service rep was so rude.
I was billed 89.99 and have disputed with the help of American Express. Pura Silk is still trying to bill my credit card. This company needs to be fined and shut down!
